Privacy and cookie policy

What this site collects, why, who receives it and what you can ask for at any time. No wording that hides the answer.

Who processes the data

The data controller is „Intelectsoft" SRL, IDNO 1008600039926, 113 Alba-Iulia St., Chișinău, MD-2051, Republic of Moldova. Phone: +373 22 835 312. Email for any request concerning personal data: [email protected].

What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and message — only what you choose to write.

Automatically, at server level: technical logs (IP address, request time, requested page, browser type), needed to keep the site running and secure. They do not identify you as a person.

In your browser: your cookie choice, described below.

Why we use it, and on what basis

Form data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, together with the consent you give by sending the form, under Law no. 195/2024. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.

We do not profile, we take no automated decisions on your data, and we do not use it for marketing without separate, explicit agreement.

Who receives the data

The IntelectSoft sales team — the people who actually answer your request.

The company's own email infrastructure, which carries the message to the contact address.

We do not sell, rent or exchange data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

Form data is kept for as long as needed to answer and for the commercial relationship that may follow. [TO BE CONFIRMED BY INTELECTSOFT: the exact period — typically 24 months from last contact, or the contract term plus the statutory archiving period.] Server logs are kept briefly, for diagnostics and security.

What is stored in your browser

This site sets no cookies at all — neither its own nor third-party. We use no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok, Yandex Metrica, Hotjar or any other tracking tool, and the fonts are hosted on our own server: opening the page sends nothing to an external service. The only data kept locally is in the table below:

NameTypePurposeDurationWho receives it
isux-consentlocalStorage Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask on every visit. Until you clear it or change your choiceNobody — it stays on your device
isux-consent-loglocalStorage The time and policy version you consented to — the record of your choice. Until you clear itNobody — it stays on your device

These values never leave your browser and never reach us. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings, and change your choice from the „Cookie settings" button in the page footer. The banner offers „Analytics" and „Marketing" categories because the law requires you to be able to choose before anything is set; we currently use no tool in either category, so enabling them triggers nothing.

Your rights

Under Law no. 195/2024 you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within the legal deadline. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), 48 Serghei Lazo St., Chișinău.

Data security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS, a Content Security Policy that restricts script sources, protection against framing by other sites, and unused browser features switched off. Access to data received through the form is limited to the people who need it in order to reply.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes we update the date below, and for material changes we ask for cookie consent again. For any question: +373 22 835 312 · [email protected].
